Tom Wright is a financial executive based in New Jersey, and the full-time caregiver for his wife, who lives with GRN-FTD.

After his wife’s diagnosis, Tom retired early from his career to maximize time together with his wife before her symptoms worsened, ultimately becoming her full-time caregiver — a shift that reshaped both his daily life and his sense of purpose. In researching the disease, Tom discovered CureGRN and found the organization, and many of the people in it, to be an invaluable resource for both information and support. That experience is what drew him to join the board.

Tom spent his career in financial leadership, including serving as CFO of five different private-equity-owned businesses, where he helped strategically build and ultimately sell those companies on behalf of their owners. He was most recently CFO of Aetion, Inc., a healthcare technology company providing software tools and consulting for real-world evidence support to both pharmaceutical companies and regulatory bodies.

Tom brings this financial and operational experience to CureGRN's board, along with a firsthand understanding of what families facing GRN-FTD need most.
